The Arabian Peninsula is a geographical term and doesn't refer to a one singular pan-ethnicity. Arabs during ancient times only occupied parts of the North of the region and the south of the levant. Then at some point, Arabs supposedly began to expand within Arabia and we started to notice Arab presence in Eastern, Central and Western Arabia. South Arabia wasn't Arabized until way later after the rise of Islam. Eastern Arabia had it's own native semitic populations stretching from Kuwait up until Oman. We don't know what they spoke as their native tongues. And no, they didn't speak Sumerian or Aramaic. Sumerian refers to a writing tradtion, and Aramaic didn't enter the region until millennias have gone by after the fall of Dilmun, Magan and all the Ubaid cultures and states in the gulf shores. The Aramaic was used as a literacy language as it was the lingua-franca of the old near east and not as an everyday spoken language outside of the small Chaldean population that resided in the region.
