Are wall sits good to do aswell to strengthen the quads to improve knee pain?
@TheKneesovertoesguy7 сағат бұрын
Believe there isn’t a “bad” form of exercise, and wall sits could be a great isometric to strengthen the quads! I would still work on movements like reverse sled, step-up, split squat, and squat!

What shoes are you wearing?

I understand that walking backwards (apart from a great warmup) act as a natural accelerator of the healing process on the knee, because of the amount of blood it pumps to the tissue. In your own experience, how greatly does walking backwards work after the knee workouts (split squats, VMO squats, Patrick Steps, etc…) what is the difference between doing them and not?

Even as your knee health has improve over the years, do your knees still make snap, crackle, and popping noises (no pain). Just curious if that ever changes or if it's just an inevitability. Thanks!

It can go away! As long as there is no pain/discomfort, there shouldn’t be an issue!

Jewelry stuff. You can built all these with scrap metal and wood for free and cheaper. It's all good and all but don't buy these extra gadgets from them. Build them yourself!
