the servo test can only be done with hydraulic pressure if i press the servo test button without pressure hyd the light will always be on am i correct?

Im sorry that is incorrect. If you press the servo test prior to start voltage is routed through the servo switches on the rotary valves. If they are all in the correct position the light will turn off. If the light remains on one of the switches is stuck in the up position.

The limit light is on the right roll servo on the upper chamber. Prior to start the limit switch is held open by a spring. After start the switch is held open by the pressure from the HYD 1 system (35 bars). If the helicopter is flown in a manner in which the servos are getting to limit of their ability to induce pitch into a main blade (35 bars of pressure) the switch depresses and the limit light tells you to "stop it".... you know what you are doing.... stop it .... Caveat.... the EC130 also has two switches attached to the limit light which indicate too far forward or rearward cyclic movement.
