I mean, the plan for kidnapping his niece was logical, just like Deus said. It was a logical, justified plan. Killing Asura's wife? That wasn't. Yasha was conflicted, trying to convince himself that he was on the right side. He redeemed himself by the final act when he realized he realized what was the right thing to do. He's completely forgiven after literally killing himself and fighting to protect Asura without a literal "heart" for god knows how long. He realized his mistakes, bettered himself, and made up for them completely.
