I'm glad you're enjoying it so far :D I actually caught a few bugs watching you, so thanks again haha Seeing this beggining part of the game, for me, to be completely honest, is like watching a video of yourself when you were little (since this beggining part was made years ago, and I'd have done or written some things differently now). I'm still proud of myself, and at the same time a bit embarassed, but I know the game gets much better as it progresses, which just makes me more excited to watch you continue the game! :D Also, I noticed you sometimes experience lag, and I apologize for that (depends on the computer, but it's an unfortunate downside of having to stick with Essentials v16.2 due to this starting out so long ago, and making so many script changes in so many script sections it made it impossible to upgrade to newer versions). The good thing is, One Island is definitely the section where the game lags the most, so from here on out it should be better for you (you'll still probably feel a bit of lag in bigger maps, but not much and they're not many). The only things I can tell you that (may) make it a bit better are: 1. play the game with your charger connected; 2. as few other programs open as possible; 3. restart the game frequently (this one is not actually confirmed to make it better). Anyway, sorry for all this rambling, and thanks so much again for playing the game! :D

Oh, also, congrats on the Shiny Tyrogue! I don't know if you didn't realize it's shiny while looking at your pc or if you talked about it off-camera/in a cut section haha Also forgot to say, Shift speeds up the game (continuous press, it's not a toggle), which may also help with lag

Hey, thanks for the comment! 😀 I totally get that feeling! The game starts off strong already, I can only imagine it gets even better from here so I'm excited, especially for Hoenn. Yeah as for the lag, my PC isn't very good and recording definitely makes it worse (speed up doesn't really help). I made some adjustments to my OBS settings, so from part 3 onwards it should look a biiit smoother. Totally missed the shiny Tyrogue haha got distracted by the shiny Pichu!

No emulator, just extract the downloaded zip and run the .exe

It's not a rom hack, it's a fan game made to play on a PC (Windows, or Mac using Wine). It's also possible to play it on mobile using JoiPlay. Anyway, yes, this is fully finished!
