I love the idea of these tents. How well would these perform in heavy rain and hot high humidity days?

Our tents are designed to handle heavy winds and rains due to their construction that is heavily reinforced and designed to shed water. Canvas tents do take a seasoning process. That can be read about on our website, but that process can be expedited with a hose in the backyard. With regard to the humidity our proprietary 7 oz canvas lets go of moisture much faster than a traditional 10 or 12 oz duck making for a much more comfortable environment after heavy rains on a hot day. Despite the lighter weight it has a higher thread count and tighter weave and we have been building tents with it for 20 years.
