The scene is flashy, but there were times when the Yakuza were just standing around waiting for the ninja to kill them one after another, just like in 1970s movies, lol. The Raid and Oldboy had more realistic fight scenes than this.

While it was nicely choreographed and flashy and bloody, everyone standing around waiting for their turn to die took me out of it. I mean, you can still make it flashy and bloody by having multiple people at once. It would also showcase that the ninja's skill are above exceptional if it was done that way. Though he did die stupidly.

I do like these fights, really i do but this was more dumb than it needed to be. ten Yakuza loose off countless rounds then forget they have guns. Either have have a reason for them not to have guns in the first place, or have the Ninja use more smoke and flashbangs possibly more realistic.

​@@some1350i think what he meant is the gorila effect, ive felt it and made other felt it before, once u beat up one guy so bad the rest will always hesitate to come at you out of fear, and also make it harder to work together and swarm em, think of it as the one knight in a bridge problem, yes you can all swarm that one knight and kill him but the first and few other that attack him will die, so now who are the few crazy enough to face certain death, and by the time there are those who will are brave anough to attack first, the other are still putting in some bravery and strenght to also attack, only for the first one to attack get killed brutallly and the rest goes back to zero again beung afraid.

They're probably too busy calculating the opponent's movements so as not to accidentally attack their friends when they get to strike. Rapid movements like that aren't easy to process, you need to be absolutely certain.
