One thing I have learnt on this show is that forget your valuation you came to pitch with the shark will chew it. You can't have mark and the other guy with more cash and refuse such offer especially when you still have 60%. More cash and 2 sharks is good deal.

Ah man how stressful to not take Marks offer initially. Sometimes you have to be patient but not too patient on the same time. Fortunately they got the best 2 peeps for their product. I do think they could’ve at least said how about 36% for 18/18 at 500k? Because that 250k difference will be made shortly with that 4% equity. I’m pretending to know what I’m talking about but in reality I’m just eating lunch from my work truck not in front of these sharks!

The original ask was 250k for 10%, they didn't need 750k. They could have kept the same valuation, and just said "let's accept your valuation and you can split 13.3% for 250k and we'll have a separate discussion on funding $500,000 for purchase orders at market terms. You want 10% each? That's just 375k, today only."
