I made a business like this in 1994, making 3D rendered models of architectural plans to allow clients to virtually fly through their new home including furniture, reducing unforeseen plan changes and making happier clients. I ran that business from my home, no warehouse required and no $2 million investment required for 20% either. And mine included the walls, ceilings, finish surfaces and colors, etc for a much more complete and valuable review of the plan..
