No, this is stupid advice. Not everyone is a narcissist that wants to showcase their entire life to the world. A big problem today is the lack of mystique in everyone's lives since everybody knows what everybody is doing. Nothing good comes out of revealing everything about yourself. The big issue is the price point. There's not much of a market for $11 package of pancakes. Even Kodiak Cakes seem cheap compared to these. The best pancakes health wise for the price are Good Wheat distributed by Arcadia Wellness- lots of fiber, reasonable sodium and sugar, along with 5 grams of protein.
