That is how eventually we made our country based on Bangalee nationalism, Bangladesh. Bangalees, regardless of their religious identity sacrificed their lives to give birth the new nation, except for some people of Islamic parties like Jamat Islami, Nejam E Islam, Muslim League, etc. In fact, Hindus of the then East Pakistan were mostly tortured by Pakistani army during the liberation war of 1971. So, why should we hate our own people just because they are Hindus? Why should we hate India, just because the country is mostly Hindu populated? BTW, I already learned Jamat- BNP version of history. That's a nice documentary on Bangladesh's Prime minister Sheikh Hasina. Thank you. I would like to add something, those who doesn't know or don't want to admit that fact. In 2001, when Khaleda Zia did win, she had a coalition with Jamaat e Islam. She brought a radical party in power. That party, during Bangladesh's liberation war, they supported Pakistan. And they actively helped Pakistani army while they were doing genocide on bengali people. They abducted girls/ women for Pakistani military. After Bangladesh became independent, in our constitution, religion based Party politics was prohibited. Sheikh Mujibur Rahman practicing Muslim, but he didn't wanted religion in the politics. But, Ziaur Rahman, the Army general, when he came to power, he took that away from the constitution. Those who were against Bangladesh's independence, he gave them right to do politics for his own benefit. Khaleda Zia, made coalition with them, fought election, brought them to Bangladesh's power. After they gained power, there was insurgents of radical party's and institutions. When Bangladesh became independent, secularism was a core value. But, Zia's family members had ruined it forever. She still have close relationship with religion based party's. If they come into power, those religion based party's will be stronger again. Her husband and she herself, helped them to become stronger in Bangladesh. Those who want to see religious harmony in Bangladesh, they actually worry about Khaleda Zia and her alliance. I hope, in the future, some other good political party rises up in Bangladesh. For time being, Sheikh Hasina is doing well to steer the country towards economic growth. Regressive and radicals didn’t wanted to see her in the power. They support Khaleda Zia. I support Sheikh Hasina. She is Iron lady. She has done a lot for our country, steering to growth.

Look at Maldives. Indian govt did so much for them and NW they're going with China. And She made it free for all the kids all over the country. In her time we won our new area in the sea from Myanmar and India. What she did for us is just impossible to adjust.
