I can also say that I'm lucky enuff to have seen them smash it up at Reading Fest!!! The lead singer had so much swagger it's unreal LOL!!! I've literally just rediscovered them... I thought they would have shown bands like The Arctic's how it's done!!! The Amazons were breaking through not so long before these guys, The Amazons sound like they've been around and decades, but I believed The Sherlocks would have taken over completely... x

It's a great tune this, but if I'm honest the Maida Vale version is much better. Don't let a studio engineer tamper with your songs guys, you know how you want them to sound. Trust your own judgement, don't ever be swayed by the opinion of someone who is probably a frustrated musician himself.

Holy shit, this was 7 years ago? I actually preferred the original song that got deleted off youtube but this version ain't half bad. The best thing about you guys is that you're the same as when I saw you age 15 or 16. You guys never got too big for your boots or anything, you just stayed as you are. And with the publicity and everything I guess you was always pushed to do more but you haven't done much, you're still the same band I saw at the Adelphi in Hull all those years ago. You was absolutely incredible live back then, better than other bands I've seen there including The View and you weren't even old enough to buy a drink! Proper good band.
