James has my favorite voice in all of music. When he hits that first "spit it out on the ragged floor!" Man I wish I could sing like him.

@@b_i_l_l_w_i_l_l_i_a_m_s_o_n English isn’t my first language. My comment was made 8 years ago when I was 15 years old and I can happily tell you that I’ve since learned the difference between ”of” and ”off” since it apparently is important enough for you to point out on an 8 year old comment.

@@FabianSalomonsson I get a kick out of commenting on very old things on KZbin. It’s kind of what I like about it. Time kind of doesn’t matter. It’s funny to point out someone’s grammar error that is 8 years old. I was having fun. But… if you hadn’t have commented I would’ve chalked up the “of” “off” mishap as an autocorrect or an accident. But 8 years later you’ve admitted to something I didn’t expect. In 10 years I hope someone finds this exchange and we’re brought back to this moment when time was meaningless and it was just a connection between two human beings unless you’re a robot of some sort

a note for myself, so i remember this feeling, discovering this song, seeing this performance of it, starting oh so tentatively, and beginning to glow, and flow. they found their flow with each other, the singer found the heart that lives in it, and sang so savage and true. and i knew i wasn't all alone, and that i can jump out and reach for my joy.
