That is the most ignorant thing I have ever heard involving the dead sea scrolls. The goal is not to live with cars and internet and grocery stores. The goal is to see, read and understand what was written around the time of Christ. Why? Because people like you have rewritten and interpreted the bible in such a way as to make it damn near a book of fiction. Such as taking out the Apocrapha to save on costs. 🙄 Whereas any church wanting to spread the truth would not care about cost. Which makes those biblical scholars false thieves of knowledge as they then forced everyone to follow their bible. A perfect example of this is King James. What arrogance he had. What arrogance you have. You're disgusting.

It's curious trying to read the Nag Hamadi book because a lot of complete sentences are missing or in chunks depending upon the type of materials the words were written on. I recollect reading the Dead Sea Scrolls decades ago and that there was too much info that was contentious to current knowledge. That there is a lot to set Christianity and Judaism in tatters. I say let us be able to read the lost books, the pieces to fill in gaps. Let ME decide if I want to accept these ancient scrolls words.

I met most of the people who appear in the video,, except virtually all the original translation team, apart from Josef Milik, who I I had hours of conversation and co-wrote a biography on him. Doyen of the Dead Sea Sctolls. Hanan was one of the greatest later scholars and helped lay to rest some of the absurd fallacies put out by some professors. Notably that the Qumran community was founded around the turn of the century and that it was something other than a religious entity. How anyone who sees these videos and studies my work on the subject, cannot see the connection for the Q community and Amarna, is a mystery.

The Essenes were NOT a part of the Qumran community! Yochannon (John the Immerser) was likely a part of the Qumran community, a group that Y'shua (his cousin Jesus) would have associated with. John's father, the priest Zechariah in the gospels, was murdered by the Sanhedrin, leading to John's exile in the wilderness, all indicated by scriptural cross references. That wilderness was likely Qumran. While the mikvahs of baptism were certainly adhered to along with a different calendar than the Kazarian Sanhedrin (who were historically proven to be enmeshed and syncretized with the Roman hierarchy of the day), this community at Qumran was not "obsessed" with baptismal rituals. They were most likely the descendants of Aharon (Aaron) who were of the Davidic/Zadokite (Zadok) priestly line and were effectively 'keepers' of the priestly inheritance and scriptures, to be distinguished from the Babylonian captivity's influence on Judah via the Pharisaical leaders who would continue to embellish oral and written Talmudic interpretations, thus securing their positions of power over uninitiated adherents. This structure of compliance and enforcement, was no unlike the parallel of co-opted Christianity by Roman rule which evolved into the complaints of Luther. Free speech, control-free media such as KZbin have been the undoing of much of the elitist management of the populace.
@garywilson818

These scrolls were stored and not used the reason they were found I have looked into a few and they appear to stop scribing after they have realised a mistake. These scrolls were then stored because it was immoral to destroy them. The city was likely scribes another reason the romans wanted to destroy the city

As Essenes being part of Heru, Disciples of Horus, you gotta know it's derived from a hereditary Disciples of Horus/Keepers of Light/Sons of Light position. Formerly Shemsu Hor, serpent priests. Yes, the Jesi twins are the royal Horites of Mt. Seir like their mom. Thoth-loyal and soul ascensionists for the esoteric knowledge, the nobility, and polytheistic because they knew everyone's heritage. The illegitimate Jesus twins were raised as king Herod the Great's great-grandchildren, one in state and the other in church. But Herod was a halfbreed Hittite/Horite/Amorite and a turncoat towards the new state religion and away from the old ways so the kids were all buggered up. The oldest mosques point to their capital city Petra, Horite king Og of Bashan's capital city. Go figure that the builders of religion were the redheaded giants. So there was this eugenics program...you gotta read the Lost Book of King Og for the inside scoop on the turmoil of 965 BC.

Trade would have likely continued, even in times of conflict. The site could have been used by different people at different times. The tower could have had multiple uses due to the community size. The lack of mosaics could be a religious exercise as in "Have no image"..... The surrounding area should be examined for evidence of set apart communities, or travel routes, possible shelters 150 years of occupation would have left a trace of a larger footprint.

Like Why are the dead sea scrolls considered to be one of the most important discoveries of the previous century, are there all of them in public exhibition and where and who can have access to them, have they been translated all of them and could you recommend any books that have these translations? Are there any indications that Jesus was among them and is finally Christianity come from the Essens? Also we know the common bible doesn't have all the books that were on the original bible, so the bible they could construct from the dead sea scrolls is it in the modern bible? How about the secret book on Enoch?

The Council of Nicea took place in AD 325 by order of the Roman Emperor Caesar Flavius Constantine. Nicea was located in Asia Minor, east of Constantinople. At the Council of Nicea, Emperor Constantine presided over a group of church bishops and other leaders with the purpose of defining the nature of God for all of Christianity and eliminating confusion, controversy, and contention within the church. The Council of Nicea overwhelmingly affirmed the deity and eternality of Jesus Christ and defined the relationship between the Father and the Son as “of one substance.” It also affirmed the Trinity-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were listed as three co-equal and co-eternal Persons.

My Lord,” said he, “I’ll do as You command!” “My child, the only thing I ask is that you hold my hand." "The changed cross"is a poem that tells of a weary woman who thought that the cross she must bear surely was heavier than those of other people,so she wished she could choose another persons' instead. When she went to sleep, she dreamed she was taken to a place where there were many different crosses from which to choose. There were various shapes and sizes, but the most beautiful one was covered with jewels and gold."This I could wear with comfort,"she said.So she picked it up,but her weak body staggered beneath its' weight. The gold and jewels were beautiful, yet they were much too heavy for her to carry. The next cross she noticed was quite lovely, with beautiful flowers entwined around its' sculptered form.Surely this was the one for her.She lifted it,but beneath the flowers were large thorns that pierced and tore her skin. Finally she came to a plain cross without jewels or any carvings and with only a few words of love inscribed on it.When she picked it up,it proved to be better than all the rest, and the easiest to carry. And as she looked at it,she noticed it was bathed in a radiance that fell from heaven. Then she recognized it as her own old cross. She had found it once again, and it was the best of all,and thelightest for her. You see,God knows best what cross we need to bear, and we never know how heavy someone elses cross may be.We envy someone who is rich, with a cross of gold adorned with jewels, but we do not know how heavy it is.We look at someone whose life seems so easy and who carries a cross covered with flowers.Yet if we could actually test all the crosses we think are lighter than ours,we would never find one better suited for us than our own.

In the article published by the London newspaper( The Mail on Sunday), under the headline SCANDAL OF THE SCROLLS, The writer Angus Macpherson made the point that fragment was " challenging more than 2000 years of Christian belief and one of the Bible's most accepted teachings "....(The text) was set down long before the birth of Christ and his disciples. Macpherson interviewed Shanks at a seminar in Jerusalem- the Scrolls have been under the control of the Israeli Antiquity Department since the fall of Jerusalem in the 6 day war of 1967-where he complained " We are talking about one of the great historical treasures of humanity that has been unjustifiably withheld from view year after year " Shanks refused to say how he had managed to obtain the heavily guarded fragment, but it is thought to have formed part of the Damascus Document(Dead Sea Scrolls) entrusted in the 1950s to Joseph Milik, another of the original eight scholars given task of publishing the manuscript, has since left the priesthood and married. The Son of God text. however, had not appeared in the translation of the " Damascus Document " published by Milik. Milik admitted when interviewed that he himself had not published and of the Essence manuscripts for 13 years, putting forward the seemingly lame excuse in view of the Scrolls historical importance " I have many other interest "

The mystery from where the women came from is simple. All members of the male ascetic sect of the Essenes were born of women. In the Bible it states "honor your father and mother and to those who do not, let them surely be cursed". Even Jesus as he was dying on the cross, assigned one of his disciples to care for his mother. If a member of the sect experienced the death of a father and no willing other siblings to care for the mother it was the biblical obligation to provide such care. Rather than leave the purity of the community, an allowance was made to bring the mother into the community. Most probably to live an austere and segregated life, but nonetheless, a life. Since the average age in those times for a human being was somewhere in the 30's, it would not be unusual to have, what we consider, a younger woman enter the community under those circumstances.

Saturns Raindrops - the TRUE reality has no time, because it is eternal. Hence TIME for us is measured by the Creator as a test for this life experience to determine compatibility of spirits in the spiritual realm. @delawarecop 4 жыл бұрын
@Rob Davis - no Rob, scientists are not currently aware of all forces and particles that can interact with us in the natural world, which us why all current cosmological models FAIL. A scientist can tell you the Eibsteins GR and SR appear to explain the limitations of the observable natural universe, because nothing with mass can accelerate to beyond 'c', hence why time travel into the future is considered impossible in the natural observable universe, as it would violate causality. However, there are many prophecies of scripture that have been fulfilled and the evidence of history confirms the validity of those prophetic claims, hence prophecy is evidence of the existence of a supernatural intelligent consciousness who Is able to communicate with mankind and inform us of the future before it comes to pass. One such important prophecy is that of Zechariah 5 - the global nuclear war prophecy, which contains very specific information regarding the dimensions of these ICBMs, their payload, flight path, firing mechanism, destructive capabilities, and ensuing radiation sickness that affects survivors. The one who gave this information to mankind 2500 years ago claims to exist in an eternal spiritual realm, from where our current reality experience is being generated and emanated. But there are many who do not consider words to be evidence of anything, unless it's their own words of course, which is why hypocrisy abounds in the self deluded minds of skeptics😂

Deicide, you aren’t going to find many if any “secular scholars” of Biblical archaeology. Scholars go into fields that interest them. You aren’t going to get many strict atheists interested in this field. Experts in these fields tend to come from academies which also have or have had a religious affiliation. You might as well say they should find non-political scholars. These scholars still have to maintain a scientific and objective perspective in their research and their publishing. What people do with the research is another matter.

Some of the most interesting things is what we are not told and what has not really been investigated nor written about. This particular grouping of sites has a number of interesting facts. One being among these scrolls was found the oldest copy of a New Testament book, the Gospel of Mark. This particular copy, is the oldest known copy and shows that the Gospel of Mark as found in the KJV Bible,is in fact accurate. Also found were fragments of the book of Enoch, which was thought to have been kept at one time in the Temple at Jerusalem and would have been about two hundred years old at the birth of Jesus Christ. I suspect that these people were a group who had been Levitical Hebrews, who were removed from the Temple service by the Romans, who replaced the Levites after a Hebrew rebellion, prior to the time of Jesus. This in fact happened numerous times during Roman occupation of ancient Israel. A clue as to the loyalties of the Temple priest, scribes and religious leader to Pontius Pilot, when he asked Jesus if he was the "King of the Jews," they responded that they had no king but "Caesar." These were the religious leaders rejected by the Essnes, who viewed the religious leaders installed by Roman Governor as invalid, and corrupted through their loyalty to Rome.

70 odd years of research, and still very little real knowledge of what the texts reveal. Catholics have tried to impose their dogma onto the finds, whether it fits or not, jews have done the same, and non partisan investigators have come up with varying theories. They still argue over the dating, with some saying 200 bc, and others saying 1st cent AD. For a find that was originally said to be the greatest discovery of all time, the practical results have been minimal. They certainly havent had any groundbreaking implications. And they have not effected any change in traditional christian or jewish religious understanding. A bit of a white elephant really! But traditional churchmen and their schoolman accomplices have no desire for the Truth of the matter, as they seem to have the whole story all ready in their minds, and wouldnt budge even if evidence was discovered to the contrary. Some scholarship!? Still it has kept many busy and employed for years, even if they just keep rehashing the same old stale dogmas.

Everything has been corrupted by evil men. The truth has been hidden within the scripture like a pearl of great value. Only those willing to look outside the tightly controlled box will find it. Only when the Fathers spirit removes the blinders can we see what what was there all along. Example: the 1st commandment never changed nor did it ever include the worship of a human being. Romans 1:3-4 another big red fishing light everyone seems to not comprehend. Most of what Christians were led to believe about the NT is a lie and only now are people waking up from thier sleep to find the treasure. Just like Daniel, Revelation and the prophets prophecied would happen in the last generation of this age.

As a historian, even if you aren't Christian, one would think you are to treat ANY historical relic, transcript or artifact with a great deal of reverence. and another thing they don't have the right to keep writings back from humankind but they do it which also proves they're a bunch of liars who keep back the truth from humanity they need to be stopped.

@@daragildea7434 Where's the evidence that they 'refused' to publish? Perhaps there was another reason. And maybe there's a perfectly good reason why the rest hasn't been published. Not publishing something does not necessarily imply that they are keeping secrets.
