You're very right. When I wake up earlier than usual, I drink a glass of water and go for a run. I feel in such a good mood.

Great tips! And speaking of sleep… Make sure you make your room a place where you can have a “clean sleep” at night, and free of interruptions. So cover up any lights that may be entering your room, lights on the alarm clocks, cable boxes, etc. make your room completely dark. And get ready for a good night sleep, so you can wake up refreshed the next day - and start your day on the right foot! Anyway, that’s my two cents. -Carlos Verde - Dating Tips

It also feels like “you have more time” you can get so much more done before the population wakes up (if you are productive) it’s not easy! But it’s worth it!

Yes! I wake up early solely for that reason. I’m usually already in a very productive mindset once I wake up and it’s nice to have more time to experience the day

That's one thing I never understood about night people. Already there isn't enough light in the day to enjoy a full day. And they want to squander half of it. Not to mention almost everything is better earlier. Places are less crowded, you get better parking, better spot at the beach, less people at the lake, and more time to enjoy it.

I wake up early to finish all my chores. Then I finish all my office work so I can skip going to work. Then I read five novels before breakfast. After breakfast I still have time to learn a new language. All this before 8am!

This is all relative. If your work starts at 12, 10 am is early for you. Letting the social norms shape your positivity is not ideal.

Havjng a job where I go in at 4:30 am I come to enjoy waking up early I used to hate it but I feel more productive and feel like My sleep is better, j don’t get as much but it’s feels way more quality of sleep! The hardest part about waking up is not being tired. It’s easy to wake up but to wake up full of energy is my problem

Yeah I can really agree with this. I go to bed at 9-10 pm and wake up at 4:45 am. It’s nice to have extra hours in the day, and I get to have more time to myself

Mam I am very negative But I don't know how I cope up with if I try to something news the people surrounds like my neighbors mock of me felt dishearten and left that Like I Tery to speak English.. plenty of time I set wrong seriously sentences and when they hear they laugh and said ""this work is not for you don't spent your energy on that work which is not in your hand""" Mam I have no friend who speaks English and mam I never ever share those mishap with any of people But your comment motivate me to ""to speak up "" from heart I don't know ..
