By being resilient we are on track to our success. Nobody and nothing can't hurt our feelings if we are able to choose how to react on surrounding events. I'm training my resilience each day as if my prolific future life depends on this.

Mentally strong people don’t sit around feeling sorry about their circumstances or how others have treated them. Instead, they take responsibility for their role in life and understand that life isn’t always easy or fair.

Mental strength is a force of will if your will is strong your strengthen your mental capabilities are strong if you're weak-willed the opposite is true you cannot practice this it's just who you are and all the training in the world won't help you

The secret to becoming mentally strong, is to realize it doesn't exist. You are being played, at each moment, no matter how hard you try or how "far" you get, you are being played.

How to be mentally strong? 1: Being comprehensively independent (but you must have a beautiful submissive obedient wife) 2: Being a very GOD-fearing pious Muslim 3 : Being engaged in rituals Muslim prayers , fasting as much much as possible, eating the highest quality nutrients and exercising, 4 : Keep a distance from others 5: Help the less fortunate, through Zakat, sadaqa ,charity, etc…

Become always a fluid mind from you always recognizing your thoughts to never have your thoughts and emotions controlling you marriage and relationship lifestyle always creates the to much others responsibility and codependency to eliminate your full responsibility of yourself and full awareness of most awareness of your thoughts of automatically first thing pops in heads and marriage always eliminates your most important self to eliminate the focus on you more so you to create the many higher energy sources if I to go in a relationship then it to be a always never seriousness but a always open relationship because the seriousness of relationship creates the too many thoughts and emotions of degreeness which is the human minds worst enemy by Nicholas c seccia
