Good video highlighting the Quality aspects in building construction . RERA should have the resources to carry out carry out frequent Quality audits on project sites and or insist developers to do it employing recognized 3rd party agencies.At the end of the day It's Quality of the product that counts.

RERA is nothing but a parallel governing body which wants to make money from agents and eliminate small & medium level developers. All land is being allotted to GODREJ , LODHA , ADANI , HIRANANDANI. State government is quiet while people are forced to buy from reputed developers are 5-6 times the cost. They planned to grade developers which would had only benefitted big developers but for now have cancelled it. More than RERA banks should take undertaking of developers to whom they give loans and the buyer would not be liable to pay EMI to the bank if the project gets stalled due to any reason.

Inspite of all the advice against under construction flat . If u decide to buy such a flat. Imagine ure situational awareness without rera.....rera is a step forward. Legislation takes time to mature..e.g .indian penal vode is still evolving after 150 years.. its a step in right direction.... Microsoft ne windows 11 first issue main nahin nikala. Ure advice at this point of time is absolutely correct.

Also especially never buy under construction mega multi phase project of 1000s of apartments.. Even the sales team will struggle to identify your flat , parking etc..an this is just the starting..

I had booked a flat in Paradise Sai World Empire on condition that if I cancel within a week, my 1 lac booking amount will be refunded. I cancelled after 4 days due to non arrangements of funds. It’s 3 months now. They have not refunded yet. Just giving date pe date. What steps I can take to get my refund ?
