can you make video on this 0:21 ,The AIIMS 80:20 reservation policy for Nursing Officer posts impacts male nurses by limiting their opportunities despite being equally qualified. The policy, reserving 80% of seats for women, undermines merit-based recruitment, resulting in qualified male candidates being overlooked based solely on gender. This not only affects job opportunities but also has implications for salary and career progression, as fewer male nurses are selected, potentially leading to a gender imbalance in the workforce. Interestingly, beds at AIIMS Delhi's hospital are gender-neutral, highlighting that healthcare services should be inclusive and unbiased. This contrasts with the reservation policy, which creates gender divides in recruitment despite gender-neutral healthcare practices. The NORCET (Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test) exam is a competitive examination conducted by AIIMS for the selection of nursing officers across its hospitals. It's meant to assess the qualifications and skills of candidates, but gender-based reservations often override merit in the selection process.

Here, you mentioned that India faced problems like untouchability, gender inequality, and discrimination due to 200 years of colonial rule. However, this is a generalization. The caste system has existed in India since the formation of the Vedas, and discrimination has been ongoing for thousands of years and became worst after manusmriti was the law book of India for about 2000 years, It is often said that colonial rule divided India, but India was already divided into 6,000 sub-castes, categorized under four major varnas and two avarnas. The avarnas(ati shudra) included Dalits/untouchbles (SCs) and Adivasis (STs), while the varnas consisted of Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras (OBCs). And also gender inequality was explicitly written in manusmriti itself which suppressed women's in its extreme discriminatory form. So these problems were not because of British rules but on going struggle of India from its caste and gender discrimination.
