They didn't even try to hide the fact that they were guilty. She didn't even pretend to care that her kids were missing. Most parents with missing kids don't rest until they either find them or get answers, but she was partying it up in Hawaii. They definitely killed her third husband. She and Chad are monsters.

A mother will not sleep until her body crashes from exhaustion when her child is missing. A mother can worry about her child for days on end, without food, water, sleep.... You have to force a grieving mother to take care of herself. A concerned mother will investigate better than as a highly trained/experienced investigator. A loving mother has power within her called unconditional love. Lori isn't exhibiting any of these things. She has no power. She decided to believe her babies were zombies. She walks in darkness.

There are stray cats out in the streets that are better, more maternal mothers than her. This case makes me so angry, as it could have been prevented if certain people and the police had taken notice and listened sooner.

Exactly! What she did to him was beyond messed up. Canceling his flight, stealing his car, getting rid of all his things, and disappearing with his kids. She admitted to police all of this. And nothing happened. If this was gender flipped she'd be this poor victim. This dude was completely ignored. Then he's shot dead by her brother months later n there's no red flags!? What the hell. Kids should have been relocated right there.

Charles even went to the police to save his life & when Alex & Lori killed him, they let them go! At least Charles knew to take Lori off ins policy. Lori having a swim party prob celebrating $million richer, after Charles died has zero to do with God as if he'd ever choose her! Charles & Joe died being great daddies & r with their children now. I heard Tylee is close with Charles so I hope in heaven she knows Lori lied to her about her dad. Lori pretended to be a good mom but Chad let her not have to pretend anymore or she is bipolar.

I think even with Lori’s 3rd husband, she accused him of sexually abusing Colby and Tylee, and investigators found no such thing going on. Instead of being happy, she was infuriated, and the investigators said something to the courts, but they did nothing. This was WAY before she met Charles and Chad. This shows this type of behavior started before she ever met Chad and was “influenced” by him.

This goes to show that even though someone may seem like they have it all, and they may seem confident and bubbbly, and they may be a terrific parent, worker, whatever, that doesn't always mean they have high self-esteem. The fact that Lori bought into those ideologies and was recruited into the cult so easily (cults target people with low self-esteem and self-worth to recruit) shows that she must have had really low self-worth and didn't have a strong sense of self.
@tammylewis2408
@tammylewis2408 2 жыл бұрын
It also happens in politics, especially true of X45; he targeted the uneducated, the disillusioned, those with low self-esteem, and those who shared his views; many friends and families have been torn apart. Now that he has been exposed for who he really is, it will take time for friendships and families to heal and mend rifts, and for those who supported X45 and his minions, to see who their real friends and loved ones are. Lori, however, as she bought into the ideologies, also was narcissistic, always thinking of herself, and not her husbands and children, and it was a perfect storm waiting to happen; she was planning to off Chad, but thank goodness, she was caught before he was made the next dead husband she could profit off of. When her previous husbands and relatives started dying and the kids disappeared, the police dropped the ball on the investigation.

According to the Netflix series, her mom said she was brought up LDS and was drawn to religion. According to Colby (Lori's eldest son) she about cracked when he told her that he was being abused by her second husband, to the point Lori admitted to LDS priests that she wanted to commit murder if she didn't push herself further into religion. Unfortunately she went to both extremes.

And then she told the Insurance few Days later, that her Ex died - in the Hope, she'll get the Amount! Chad's Woman died suddenly too. They both - Lori and Chad got married short after their previous Partners died. How many Signs (red Flags) need the Police? 🤔🤨🧐

The problem is that men who are desperate with genuine concern look a lot like men who are controlling and domestically violent, whose relationship has ended. The latter are constantly finger pointing. "she's keeping the kids from me, she's crazy, she's going out with someone awful etc." Unfortunately, there are so many of the latter that the former gets treated with suspicion.

When I heard the case the first time, I couldn't believe that it was real. When there was a court order for her to produce the children to show that they were safe and she failed to do that, I had a horrible feeling that they were no longer with us. I knew Lori was involved and she played a role in the murders. The fact that she didn't care that her children were missing when everyone else was so scared and worried about them says a lot. It's clear that she was brainwashed by Chad, he's the reason she changed so much. If she never met him, the kids would still be here today. I don't know how anyone can flip and suddenly murder their children. I really hope they'll be charged with Charles murder because it most definitely wasn't self-defense. Chad and Lori are such quacks. The last episode of the documentary was so heartbreaking. They will be dearly missed.

Some said about this case, that this is why we make up horror movie monsters: so that we can forget, just for a short time, that the most terrifying monsters are those in the real world. Serial killers like Manson, Dahmer, Gacy, etc...aren't the most frightening of all evildoers. The truly monstrous ones are sometimes living right next door. Or going to church with you every Sunday. Or even in your own family.

The whole story is thrilling to watch. I have already read the news about Lori Vallow’s case. I watched some scenes that weren’t even mentioned in the news. These scenes help to understand perfectly. Character play is so impressive that it made me angry at crime scenes. But the series is very interesting.

Everyone says she changed when meeting old mate but no, she would have always been that way. People aren't normal then flick a switch and they're crazy. The whole family is bizarre. The way the mother made excuses for her earlier and the son not staying in contact with his sister. It was weird. He's suss too. Like. Why would you even call your mother and try and talk after what happened? And to still call her mom. Wtf. The doco made me angry. And that friend that sounded the same as her. Wth lol

Just frustrating why did the family not do more? Everyone involved could have done more, Charles kids why did they not kick up a fuss when he was killed? The brother who was supposedly on his side said nothing after he died. Colby had his own family but gosh he should have been concerned along time before he was. The police being idiots in the face of a good looking woman, why am I not surprised. This could have been prevented or atleast they could have been brought to justice along time before they were.

In Lori’s case, severe narcissism provided a perfect platform for extreme religious ideology to grow and fester. She’s so deep in her delusion she truly believes what she did to her children was part of Gods will, and thus, she isn’t guilty of murder, but rather, provided a “service” to her children by freeing them from their “dark spirits.” It’s essentially the same thing that happened with the communities in the 18th century that burned or executed witches. The religious delusions are by far the most dangerous.

The family handled the situation super strange including the son. That man your step father who you loved so much and lived with, I would have assumed you knew him a little bit better to atleast listen to what he was saying, and give him the benefit of the doubt. I don't know all of it just seemed so strange and Irie from the start. The 4 marriages the molestation I don't know it's just not sitting right with like there was issues before they stated there were issues
