@@SuperSasha1969 Everybody has bad days at work, but like anyone who has to deal with the general public, it takes a monumental effort sometimes to be universally pleasant. Too many of the flying public these days are rude to the FAs who are just trying to do their jobs and keep them safe. Public civility has certainly been on the decline of late.

I get an Erin Condren Diary which is personalized each year and I love it. I fill it out every day the same way you fill out your journal with relaxing music playing. It's excellent for relaxation and mental health.

I started up again on yoga poses and stretching to decompress from a hectic work day. Sometimes, I just lay down on my bed or on the floor during my stretches and take slow deep breaths. Then I make myself a cup of green tea with TX honey. That's my version of self care.

Some credit cards include it and it might be useful to get lounge access! But also, does your employer allow you to collect loyalty points at hotels cause you could have pretty good elite status if so!
