The reason Ren looks so incredibly ripped is that he doesn't really have any body fat at all. Sure, he works out a lot too, it helps with his health. But for many years he hasn't been able to eat anything other than meat and a handful of different vegetables. He mentioned in a livestream after this video came out that he had recently been able to add rice to his diet! He looked so happy when he talked about being able to snack on rice cakes. "Look forward to fat Ren", he said. He also mentioned that he really enjoyed being vacuum packed.. Apparently it felt like a plastic hug. He talked a bit about the constant flow switches in his songs too. It's basically his ADHD that causes it. Lots of ideas, and he gets bored if he sticks with one specific flow for too long. Luckily for us, it makes for very interesting songs. The new logo showed in the end is the bunny Johnson.

It's the reason I can only listen to Ren rapping. I find most other rappers boring for the lack of variety. I'm beginning to wonder if I've reached the age of 71 without realising I may have ADHD!. I've been easily bored all my life, never stuck to one job more than 6 years. Can't stay still for more than half an hour. My projects drove my ex husband nuts. Maybe why we split after 48 years of marriage. 😅

Ren met Kit while he was in treatment in Calgary. She was a cancer patient. She'll apparently be on a couple songs on the new album. She also did Ren's tattoos. BTW, he has been allergic to all foods containing histamines for years. Before he was recently able to add rice to his diet, he was limited to organic meats, squashes, cucumber (also squash family), celery & a couple herbs & spices.

Filmed in Calgary earlier this year when his treatment seemed to be going so well, killing off the 'sickboi' to move onto new things. It's heartbreaking that his health crashed so badly when he returned home. Ren's intetnal experience of living with 15 years of chronic illness. Ren was accidentally stabbed in the eye during filming and 5 months later the eye flared badly due to autoimmunity and he started crashing.

I laughed so hard at "get a cheeseburger" 🤣 Then I thought about it, the only thing he could eat would be the meat patty and thats protein again. Not sure if you know that little inside joke but Ren always eats on live streams. One of the things I hope for is him sharing his first normal meal when he's able to eat them again. Not if. When. Only the thought about his joy tasting something else than meat makes me tear up a little lol

It is during the filming of this video that Ren ended up accidentally with a pair of rusty forceps in his eye. Excruciatingly painful. There was fear he could lose sight in his eye. They wanted him to go to the hospital but with time constraints and money it was costing him to shoot this he wanted to continue filming. Also REN being the person he is , when asked if he wanted to watch the footage of the moment the accident happened, he declined. He knew it was accidental and had no anger towards whomever it might have been and to prevent any subconscious feelings towards the person he chose not to know and requested that no one ever tell him. The shooting of the video continued with all participants.
