The Primemutton is back in Spain again. And today is in Gijón to start a mini series in the Principality of Asturias.
Asturias is not so well known outside Spain , but has it's own rich cuisine and unlike other areas of Spain , the beverage of choice is sidra (cider) and not wine.
Mutton brings you to the sidrerias (cider houses/taverns) and is to hand to guide you through the local specialities.

Asturias is a must visit for all foodies , and those who want a city break with a difference. Great value for money and superb regional cuisine. I strongly recommend a visit. As always all reviews impartial, and all food and drink paid for by myself.

they will cook it , I like the Japanese preparation but it's not what they do despite it being a country that eats a lot of raw dishes. if you can find a Japanese or fusion restaurant you might get lucky.
