These are fantastic for patients with TFCC tears. Only perform these when your stability is more than 80% of the uninjured. Thank you for posting! WristWidget

Great video brother, I just found you and did this routine and feel it did more for my shoulders than all the other crap I have done. Definitely felt like it was peeling scar tissues but a good feeling. Thank you and I will be doing these daily and see. I have extremely POOR internal rotation on my arms and my right the worst :(

oMG- I think I love you! I have had a shoulder impingement problem for a couple of months, still waiting to get into PT for some help. Mark Sisson rmentioned you again on MDA,, and now after a couple of sessions of your shoulder mobility work, my impingement is almost gone.

These were helping but now I have Constant pain in my brachioradialis for months now. I cant work biceps or anything pulling and now lateral raises. Also some times hooks and uppercuts when I box.Some times even from text on my phone. What can I do for that? I already stopped doing the stretches.

I have hurt my shoulder joint or tendons,The weight dropped backwards while doing a shoulder press,It crunched all the way to the floor, I didn`t let go, Now it has an aching pain through my scapula, Hurts with big movements and have a lot of clicking and crunching, Need Help!! Would this work? Thanks

The last movement causes a pinching right where my lat would meet my shoulder in the armpit, anything you would suggest I could do about that?

do not irritate the brachial plexus nerves too much... do soft medium and then a little deep ... pinching means... you need someone to do ART chiro technique and then use that sling.. i mam specialist in Brachial Plexus

On #3 ...when I externally rotate with other hand I feel tendon on outside of capsule..it is sore and feels stuck. Feels like its attacking it in good way. How many times a day and for how long should I keep working there. More I externally rotate the more intense it is.

It doesn't need to be calculated. Take ownership of your body, and spend time there until it's where you want it to be
