I'm not saying you need to but I've noticed that from my 2 other channels that are different, one is popping off at 46 subs today and almost 20k views with almost 20 videos and over 20 shorts. My second channel about gaming clips I just posted a regular video about a week ago which has 6 views rn.. then a short that YT messed up the music on that got almost 1k views so far and then I reposted a better short recently that just blew up a bit over 2500 views. This is my 3rd channel with one regular video and barely any views which makes sense. It's not just about time on the platform but how much content. If you compare the number of subs you have to any bigger channel then I guarantee they're likely to have more uploads/watch time. Remember I'm not saying you should compare yourself to anyone man you have a channel people dream of. Everyone should upload as much as they want or whenever/how frequent they want. But the faster you wanna grow or pass a plateau then the more you should upload 👍🏼
