I was 8 years old, standing in a BestBuy when I saw this trailer on one of the screens advertising the game. My dad bought it for me for my birthday. Aw, memories! Still play the game to this day 🥰

Aww man, the sims did so much for me during my childhood. The game had some influence on me as a child that I used to occasionally go about my day as if I was a sim...essentially, it really motivated me to do boring chores hahaha Watching this trailer takes me back to the days when I'd watch trailers of upcoming sims games, just counting the days down for their release. Will Wright truly fathered a masterpiece of a genre.

Sims 2 really was the best time for the Sims. We got great expansion packs, spin off games for every console and device, everyone played Sims 2 it was perfect. Sims 3 was great too, it just didn't have the Sims 2's charm. Sims 4 is a disgrace and ruined the legacy of a great game franchise. Here's hoping Sims 5 fixes it all

Business lots in Sims 2 ran SOOOO smoothly!!! Sims 2 generally had almost NO bugs and glitches. Meanwhile in Sims 4, you create a shop for example, you can't man the cash register, the employees NEVER do their tasks and just stand like statues and customers NEVER buy anything but just chat with everyone if they are not peeing themselves. This is what bothers me the most about Sims 4. Sims outside of your active household do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They find themselves on a community lot but they are just ... there. Sims in Sims 2 would play chess, flirt, play videogames, order at restaurants and actually RECEIVED their dishes, buy stuff from shops, argue with others, dance, swim, read books, basically COUNTLESS things. Sims 4 is all show but it is actually empty on the inside. So many possibilities gone to waste. Imagine Sims 2 with Sims 4 graphics. PERFECTION. If it weren't for mods, Sims 4 would be absolutely unplayable.

No, they didnt. You could not own your own buisness and be in control, you could probably work there but you could not own anything. Sims 3 Ambitions is NOTHING like Open for Buisness... its like Freetime, but with extra careers.

my sister showed me the sims 2 when i was 2-3 years old and i loved it when i was 6 i got the sims 1 and then later the sims 2 and then 3 and i still love it now and i like the sims 3 equally as the sims 2 and my sister came to visit, we went in the storgae room, she took out her old box, opened it and BOOM!! sims 2 expansion packs were everywhere and i was like 'yay!! heaven!!' and she said i could have them

pugluverdudette135: you can sell anything => dishes you've cooked, pets (if you own "Pets"), veggies (if you own "Seasons"), furnitures that you buy in the buy mode, robots, flowers, toys (that your Sims can make by themwelves), you also can become a hairstylist... possibilities are endless, that's why i really appreciate this expansion pack

@backhand630 You can actually, it's just a ten second loading screen away. And for such a short loading time, which is pretty much equal to the time it takes for your sims to walk in sims 3, it isn't much of a loss.

@backhand630 That's because techincally, it is. If you're going by that, the sims 3 is regular sims 2 gameplay, just you can derp all the way across town. This is no different, you just derp and sell things. You couldn;t own a business in the base game, and this adds that. In fact, it's very similar to the sims 3: ambitions, in the sense you follow your sims to work. The only expansion that is truly different is Seasons, and that one is great.

I reccommend u get Bon Voyage or Nightlife! This looks cool though. I have the original [of course], Bon Voyage, Celebration, H&M Fahion, Seasons, Pets, and Nightlife. Oh yeah pets is awesome too! It's hard cuz they r all pretty good. ppl say Freetime is also fun.

I haven't tried the bon voyage pack yet, but I have both seasons and open for business. It's hard to give you advice on which one to get cause they're all so awesome XD I'd go with seasons though.

I think Sims 4 should be like a perfect game. With no expansions because all the things are in sims 4, you can create super parks and dog shows, you can create a fantasy story, you can create a princess with a royalty life, you can make the perfect shape of the head, you can make bands and play music, you can go to the hospital for check-ups, sickness and pregnancy, you can build awesome houses with new wallpaper flooring and furnitures and it has the BEST quality!
