Hold shift and then left click and it fills in a whole area with the same tile, rather than filling corner pieces in one by one .... but it's a really nice house, well done! :)

Just go to google images and look for a picture of a real house and try to build it. That's what Curtis does for some of his houses. This house is based off of the Spelling Manor.

this is so freakin beautiful!!!! i have the console version of the sims 3 and the fire meter would prohibit me from building something this extravagant. but i am definitely going to use some of these ideas for future houses. i personally would have added more flowers and a huge garden in the back. cool tennis court idea! it really adds that expensive appeal even tho its just for looks. this house is awesome! great job!

Sweet build bud 👍 I usually furnish the rooms while I'm building, Melts my head when ya get it all finished then can't fit everything ya wanted into a certain room. Found that furnishing them first give me the freedom to expand the walls etc before I move onto the next room 😀 It can make overlays abit awkward to get round sometimes so be warned if anybody tries lol

Also go on build mode . Go to decor then to misc. And the magical lama will pop out, press it after exiting out of build mode and keep pressing 50,000simeleons
