I have not unlocked half of the items and all of it and the interactions make you wonder why they were not at all put into Sims 4 or even some form of them. Fun game for a quick sims fix. A great video, I love these underwater houses! I do however think that sprinkler systems are always a good idea, even in underwater houses. This is Sims afterall, even under water you could end up starting a fire if you want to cook something.
