When in the cook UI, uncheck the Use Prepared Ingredients box in the top left. The Home Chef Hustle pack makes cooking difficult at times.

So happy to see that you're back with this series! If I'm not mistaken you use the Homestead Helper to make ingredients and bread and such. It should allow you to do everything that the in-game mixer would do.
