How do you quickly destroy inside walls without using the hammer and selecting one by one?

You can destroy walls by selecting the wall building tool and holding ctrl, while you click and drag on the wall you want to destroy 😀😀

did anyone encounter a problem with first half of the ocean not being swimmable? like i cant get into water directly from the docks but have to choose the area almost ar the edge of the lot and then my sim jumps in and disappears off lot for a while and reappears at the area I clicked a few moments later... help please 🙏
