Boris Che Irrelevant it not being open world. You could still click the car to travel to a place instead of loading the map to go somewhere. Would look better and make use of the car.

I'm still waiting/hoping EA would bring cars back to the game. The Sims 4 is a semi open world bc its not fully open but its more than 1 lot (sims 2). but even in the sims 2 there were cars. Just like a sim walks & disappears in the game & then loading screen then it should be like that with driving too. Cars could add a lot to the overall feeling of the game imo, which already lacks so much stuff.

I miss Sims 2 cars, it had a fantastic animation and they looked better than 3's cars. And the mods looked amazing.

To be fair Sims 2 and 3 had cars officially this Sims 4 version is a mod so its probably not gonna be as good, at least its added in for free, imagine if The Sims 4 gets an update that adds cars but you have to pay for it.

Not being able to recolour the cars after they're placed isn't a fault of the creator - this is a known issue of custom objects in general.

the sims 4 has much more amazing graphics, i hope that they eventually fix some problems though like when you are in CAS and your cursor gets stuck in camera mode. This car mod is really cool. maybe one day they can be on the same level as the sims 3 cause they have animals and robbers and i like how they had a dishwasher and how you can create a laundry room and they could do their own laundry. i also do not like how babys grow up to fast into children.

This is just my opinion but I see no point in getting cars in the sims 4 if we dont have a open world. We are just going to have a loading screen no matter if we have cars or not. I mean we get a cool little animation to go with cars but that's it. It is also faster to just travel from your phone. The cars animation will take longer and will get annoying to have in game. I feel if we get a car pack in the sims then it will be my first pet stuff all over again.

You can't change the colors of a lot of cc once it's placed. So it's not just the creator, I guess it's a cc/mod bug?

I think it has to do with what the creator used to edit/change the mesh, but I'm not sure.

Tech It's the tool used to create cc, the tool has now been updated to allow the swatches to work correctly, so now creators need to update the software + the objects they've created before, not a bug.

I don't see much point to this being that you don't see your Sim drive it or even get inside it and it doesn't end up parked on the side of street when you arrive at your destination. But I guess for a more high quality parking lot decoration then maybe

I know how this works. They use the mesh of the car, scale it up and make it in to furniture cc, they use the code from the outdoor retreat map and voila!

I'd love to see the cars and an open world, where you could actually see your sims travel but if not just all types of automobiles and washer/dryers, more carpet colors, more furniture with more colors. More hair styles and color with highlights if possible. Different heights for sims, every sim seems to be the same height. It's a lot missing from the sims 4 then what was in the other sims.

I don't understand it either if they can drive on the roads should be able to drive sims to spots. Hopefully that's something that comes soon. I am so ready for cars and a city life living something or another. I do have this mod installed there is a different moodlet for each car I just believe one gives you confidence another makes them flirty. I am not sure what else those are the ones that I know of.

EA should just bring out a mechanic's expansion pack, where you can be come a mechanic, work on cars, drive cars, customize cars, have them break down and need fixing ect.

I think mod makers are ruining the progress of the game. EA/Maxis were probably going to work on cars for an expansion pack or something, and then mod makers come along with this.. EA thinks, well they have cars in a mod so, we don't have to do that now. Just stop trying to mod this much..

Oh .. YAY 44th comment! I cannot wait until an expansion pack with pets comes out, for the people who have Get To Work, a vet should be included, so that you can be a vet and cure sick animals!!! I am really hoping Sims 4 Pets expansion pack will be out soon, I know its not going to be instant, but at least sometime in 2016
