I've never seen this before, but this commercial is just perfect in every way. I've rewatched it about 8 times, there's something so charming about the way they move. It fits with the Sims 1 style so much, I wish they made live action Sims commercials nowadays, kinda wish they also stuck with the 50s-90s era vibe that sims 1 went for

it's called frame skip, playback speed and robotic movements. set the speed in the vid ti 0.75 and you'll see.
