I totally get all of the dissatisfaction of one's life. But MJ you have to figure out why you're so dissatisfied. For me personally it's the neglect of my mother growing up which has been the Catalyst to so many dysfunctions in my life. I right now and listening to an audiobook about the unemotional absence of a mother. This is hopefully going to helped me tremendously as a 51 year old who still has such deep scars and has yet to find a way to heal them even after disgusting with a therapist. I think there's no greater hurt the not being loved by your mother.

The best thing I did was go no contact. She was really good at sucking me back into the vortex, which only delays your healing.

I found that recognizing that I am not this body I carry. I am a soul just like my parents are a soul. We are all here for different purposes.. It is our belief that our parents were supposed to nurture us. That would have been great if it had happened. Truth is that when I look around I see broken people who were let down by their expectations and experiences.. I’ve come to realize that I needed to stop looking for people to make me safe secure and loved.. I need to give this to myself.. I think this was the biggest reason I was brought here.. My lesson to give myself everything I need 😉

My family dont get me. I'm an empath. Awakened and in transformation ..again. my family just tell me to stop talking nonsense. It's very hard. Low vibration so much and they mock me when I've done tarot . I'm aware of who I am. So I'm moving into new 9-5 to get myself more grounded . When I meditate I try and focus on how I wish to feel as there are many aspects I'm torn between and instead I try and ask to reach my fullest potential and best case scenario although I have absolutely no clue if what I'm doing is right. doriayve That’s actually an interesting way to put it. Being in the moment...there is no future and no past. Look around you...be ultra-aware with all of your senses. Get out of your phone, for example. What do you see? Can you stop “thinking” your experience and instead just experience it without judgement? Without trying to give every thing a label (good, bad....) Give it a try.

Joseph Anaya The true twin connection is spiritual and it will never leave you. If you’re thinking in the 3D then yes, they can leave you, as mine did me (see first video on the channel). The most critical awareness of the TF experience is when you get clear that you are good...even without them....because it is you being at one with your higher self. True union is you being whole...no need for another on this earth plane. Also...as you shift into the true heart space in this higher vibration, you’ll be happy to know that eventually, you’ll feel this deeply connected love for another...and your friends...and your family...and a stranger you meet in the grocery store. The higher you go into this vibration the more you see...we’re all connected by love. It is only our 3D mindset that makes us see separation and pain.
