I’ve actually played keyboard for Mr. Yomi back in the days in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York City, and I could attest to his multi-talented skills and his down to earth character. Glad to see someone who was maltreated by his own blood brother, treat others much better with love and respect. God bless you Mr. Yomi Peters 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Yomi Peters was badly treated by his blood brother, Shina Peters, I don't know why this happened. When his brother allegedly called him an armed robber to tannish his image that time, I was the one that redeemed his image by disseminating the press write-up to the majority of print and electronic medias, this really help Yomi Peters musical career and his personal image at that time, I wonder why he didn't mention it in this interview.

I noticed that, i have passed similar message to him before, he might not mean any harm or could want to be professional, however to many viewers who do not understand him, could read him off as an insensitive and cold person, and also i personally think he should desist on how he baits people with questions, he should not employ a deceptive way of eliciting information from people, once they are not interested in answering his questions, he should just let go, as he might be seen as someone who is interested in bringing others down by the way he diplomatically nudges people to answer some very sensitive questions. He is a great journalist anyways.

I hope that Sir Shina is not taking offense in people coming out to talk about what they went through with him: I hope he sees it as GOD loving him so much that he wants him to make things right with people who are currently in his life. mine observation is, naturally SSP doesnt like his brother. SSP already forsaw the future as most musicians of that time was quite diabolical. he saw the star of Yomi and started seeing him as a rival from childhood and he didnt like him. it do happen where sibling would just hate another for no reason. in fact mama do hate her own son for no reason and if cares is not taking she might affect his life/future and papa do hate her own child for no reason. moreover, SSP happened to be a very stubborn and radical person that can do and undo. not that Yomi too didnt have his fault o because you can never be 100% innocent, Yomi also too play excess victims when things happen but SSP hurt many people bcs of his ego and inordinate ambition.

SSP lived a crazy, wayward, and rough life. Like I mentioned on Facebook, none of his band members ever said anything good about him. He escaped justice not because he was a celebrity but because of how the country was at the time. Most of the accusations against him could never happen in today’s world, he wouldn’t dare. As for Mr. Yomi Peters, he went through a lot. If I were him, I wouldn’t have given my so-called elder brother, whom I had already recognized as 'my enemy,' a third chance. I believe Yomi Peters is too open-minded, which is why he kept forgiving his brother and repeatedly falling into the same mistakes.

Shina needs to come out and either debunk all what his Brother has said or genuinely apologize to him if the guy is honest about these allegations. I have an opinion but would rather wait until either of the two things I suggested happens. However, I still see true love from Yomi for his Brother, but this can only happen if Shina sees him as his Brother. I’m imagining what the Peters Family would have become today if they have both assisted each other then instead of their hostility and hatred.

Definitely there is some hidden story between SSP and his brother Yomi Peters otherwise no reasonable man will just hate his brother with such passion. Agbaletu should endeavor to invite SSP for his own version for fairness and equity. If SSP however refuse to respond then the natural justice is awaiting the wicked between them.
