There is a clear difference between style and behavior, one good example if commanding (or command and control) is a behavior- at least from what I learnt. Could you share your thoughts on this?

Thanks for your comments. Although the two words can mean different things, for the purposes of leadership and this article they are interchangeable. Therefore commanding can be both a style as well as a behaviour.
