This must be a podcast for mostly medical people. I have some knowledge since I study a lot, but there are too many medical terms to hold my interest. Certainly not for the average lay person.

It's also good for laymen who are interested in learning more about health and nutrition so we can take control of our wellness experience via more informed interactions with docs and other HCPs.
