as explained at the end of this video, we had and still have full intentions of putting this in Kay Kay's white Yukon XL (see here kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5mxmKGljMSpfrM ) The reason we didn't do it yet was because shortly after Kay Kay started working at the shop we got extremely busy with orders which means less time for fun projects. I was also VERY worried about where he would park at night with that kind of beat in his ride since i already have the secure spots taken up. Now that we got a new house, he doesn't have to worry about that anymore and we can do what we want! Stay tuned i promise it will get started soon! Thanks for watching if you did! One factor I neglected to think about when I started my first ever DIY auto custom stereo build (I knew absolutely nothing about anything stereo) is that my mechanic/woodshop/Home, turned into a audio fabrication shop. A year ago a friend gave me a 12in sub & mono block sub amp with a few wires and power wire. I installed it and had no errors no mistakes, sparks, electrocutions, smoke or fires. Im self taught with your videos and several others ..Thank you About a year of enjoying my cheap Walmart set-up my AMarket speakers fronts went bad suddenly and never got to my Rears. 1 Gothic 12"..Power Acoustik 2500w/ Amp. in a 96 Dodge Ram 1500 Extended cab👍 So a month ago I decided to go big or go home.. and bypass that factory amp and connect the Big 3 (😰 Only help I have is strictly YT channels and Google 😂 thank you again. I'm now running a 4ch 1300w and a 2500w mono block with 2 12" Gothic Pwr Acoustiks in separate single boxes not tuned yet ( nothings professionally tuned yet ). All by ear and tutorials so I need to get a test bench and instruments to do that and that is why my mechanic/woodshop/Home is looking like a future exotic audio fabrication and installation shop.😂😂it's supposed tobe my house so grandma can visit😂 Two days ago I kind of impulsively bought a 18" DC Audio subwoofer and went broke 😂. Other than the middle of the desert or ocean i can't think of a better place to test loud audio equipment than an industrial/commercial park. Not to mention the zoning in such places usually allows stuff like that. Steve giving his neighbors a heads up is just him being respectful.

I was gonna say the same thing! it’s an industrial park!!! that’s what it’s made for!!! you’re gonna have noise of all different kinds, what if it was loud machinery that his building happened to be near, what’s he gonna yell at the machines to be shut off? I would’ve told him to kick rocks. I would have said it happens once in a while, this is a business, in an industrial park if you don’t like it move to Main Street in downtown. Like WTF I’ve never heard of such a thing. 🤦🏻

I remember when they first came out I got to test out 6 kicker Square subs in my Chevy Silverado extended cab with a cut threw. Had 6 arc audio 2500’s. We did a test late night at there shop and next thing we get a squad of cops. They got complaints saying things were falling and breaking in there houses from the bass as well as they thought there front house windows were going to break. Good times!

I came up with this clean idea as far as MOUNTING ur amps goes and any small thing witch is using ur stock panel plugs plus u can just drill a hole and push them suckers right into the holes and done the work really well fr

I have a single 21 with 20mm of x-max and it hammers by itself off 2000 watts. I can't imagine 2 24s with over 3x the power, more surface area and another 10mm of x-max. It would take 3 of my subs to equal 2 of the Sundown's.

I LOVE ANYTHING WITH CAR AUDIO OR HOME AUDIO. THIS CAR AUDIO SHOP IS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE AND FREAKING AWESOME SHOP. I WOULD LOVE TO WORK THERE. I LIKE THE FOURTH ORDER SIXTH ORDER BANDPASS BOXES ARE BUILT. I TO HAVE BUILT SOME BANDPASS BOXES BUT ONLY WITH SOME EIGHTS,TENS,TWELVE'S , AND FIFTEENS.
