As someone who wasn’t a big fan of sketch to begin with, this whole situation has made me have some respect for the guy. The way he handled everything live in front of everyone was flawless. People hating on him because he hid his past are just immature, everyone has some sort of skeleton in their closet, maybe nothing as “controversial” as sketch’s situation but still we all have things we hide from those we care for. Hopefully he can push through all this and come out better than before

Sketch did nothing but hide or delete the content before the leak, thus keeping children from being exposed to the content. Also what would he have to apologize to the kids for? Being young and dealing with addiction? He already apologized for that. If anything people will look up to him more now for dealing with the situation like a man by addressing it directly and being able to move on from it.
