3 years ago I achieved Zen, dropping all that nonsense. These "high achievers" are actually afraid inside, that all this running/hustling is also is a form of escapism. I learned one language during this time, and learning another - for no reason. I ran half-marathon last year - for no reason. Life is just that - life. Slower/faster doesnt matter, cause you will be back in the previous state anyways.
