Throughout this whole thing I was thinking "This is going to burn and or damage the heating element for sure.". Touche! Well done. I guess the trick is to keep the temps low and avoid hops. I also clocked that sneaky use of the hop basket to cover the heating element. Very wise :D Love the videos!
