I believe this would qualify as receiving outside assistance. For a comparison, casinos won't allow you to carry a "basic strategy" sheet with you to a blackjack table, which is what this basically is.

If you memorized the chart would it be cheating? Memorizing lines and engine analysis isn't. How about looking at the chart? Doing the math live?

Higly debatable if this is cheating. That said, Lichess should definitely give a ruling on if it should be allowed (if they haven’t already) Idk how relevant it is, but I will also note that memorizing the results of the chart for your own rating for a given time control before a tournament would be fairly easy. You’d just have to remember the “cutoff opponent rating” given by each combination of color, current streak, and whether your opponent has berserked. That should be 12 numbers where the precision doesn’t really matter (rounded to tens place should be more than enough)
