It’s funny, my love of this album followed the same progression as every Radiohead album I’ve loved: “Eh, it’s not as good as the last album””You know, this album is actually really good the more I listen to it””Wow, they did it again””This might be my favorite album of all time”

Imagining listening to them out of order but having the same experience… that was me. What a trip.
@southerntw Жыл бұрын
I think that's mostly because each album sounds unique to their own. Even though, we are perfectly aware, it still take few listens until we get adjusted.

Always….and I’ve always said that Radiohead are the only people that are really qualified to critique their albums for the first few years they’re out. Cuz there’s kind of no category for them yet. It’s almost like they could say to us, “Hey listen to this….one of these days you’re going to love it.”

Thin Thing is the perfect amalgamation of everything i love about music. Unfortunately it's very rare that this happens because most artists in most genres are terrified of attempting to step a foot outside their comfort zone. Fortunately, you never have to worry about such things when Thøm or Jøhnny are involved...... They are that calibur of musician...... Very much artists, Innovators, Game changers. Music is the only proof of Magic that i have ever witnessed in my life & Thom & Johnny are just 2 of the handful of Magicians that have shown me that proof. 🤘

Down a rabbit hole We go As the flames grow higher For unbelievers Making mushrooms out of men Till she turns us back again To a face of solid gold Solid gold Sycophantic fawners In double quick time The beginning at the end Till she turns us back again First she'll pull your fingers off And then she'll pull your toes And then she'll steal the photos from your phone But you won't notice Our echo doesn't hear us Anymore Hanging on a cloth edge By its fingers Making mushrooms out of men That's okay I guess If you like this kind of, kind of thing This kind of thin, thin, thin, thin thing These kind of mushrooms These kind of ripples These kind of ripples This kind of thin, thin, thin, thin, thin thing Like this kind of thing Like this kind of thin, thin thing Like this kind of thing Like this kind of thing Like these kind of ripples
