Honestly I feel like people blow how "awful" the puppets look out of proportion. I think junior looks strange with weird beady eyes and horns that don't look natural, but other than that he looks like a young child's puppet. Other than they eyebrows thing and maybe the teeth, Joseph doesn't look bad. He looks like a real puppet you might find, albeit a cheap one. Mario also looks quite generic, other than the bags under his eyes. Cody is disgusting, I have no clue why anyone would think that a puppet with dreadlocks, yellow teeth, and pimples would look appealing. Bowser is also pretty bad with unnatural horns and scars on his face. You cant really have a puppet with a stomach hanging either, it just doesn't look right.

Guys, the reason why the SML crew is using human puppets is because Nintendo sent them a cease and desist letter saying that they were no longer allowed to use any Nintendo related characters and to replace all Nintendo characters with human puppets. Rename "SuperMarioLogan" to SML Plush Show, "SuperLuigiLogan" to SLL, and "SuperBowserLogan" to SML. And rename a few characters and by a few, I mean those who had to be renamed due to being Nintendo related. Say for instance, Mario was renamed "Marvin", Black Yoshi was renamed "Duggy", and Bowser Jr. was renamed just "Junior".

1:39 the reason is because the plushes he uses are Nintendo characters which are meant to be family friendly however, now that he owns his own characters, he could even say they are meant for ages 18+ if he wanted to
