Security is such an important job people forget how important it is. Everyone in the comments are up in arms but imagine if these were the people that you hired. And something bad happened while you were on watch. Or even worse if you were in charge of these people something bad happened to someone and now you have to deal with the consequences and not just the woman but others lose their job as well. I know how security works yeah security guards don't get paid very well that is the industry a lot of people get underpaid for the things they do. The whole world does but the best thing that we can do is at least do our job correctly. If you can't respect that you have a job and that you're able to have an income then why even go to your job disrespect it and create more problems. Because there's a lot more people who probably want that job and actually need that job and will actually do their job. You never know what you have until you lose it.

She WENT OFF. And went straight to management he felt so embarrassed he literally couldn’t even find the words to apologize. He got fired obviously. But us in the break room we had explained to management what we saw so they reviewed the cameras and seen it was a complete accident, they called him and hired him back and the girl felt so bad, but he said “We’re okay ma’am and I’m sorry for what happened but I’m STAYING AWAY FROM YOU.” And we just started laughing 😂

I used to do security for years. I will pull out my phone every time if it means not falling asleep on the job. It all depends upon the site. Some sites are more relaxed, some sites are a lot more strict. It all depends if you're violating the contract.
