Your affinity and dedication to tarkovising classing Meet the TF2 trailers is amazing to see results of. This video proves to me one thing tho - games even complicated ones like Tarkov can't do scope compensating for movement well. You aim in front of them and they drop goof 4-5mm from the crosshair while they should die on the crosshair and you are compensating for the bullet's travel. Prime example at 40:18. Seems to be just a pseudohitscan more than anything.

Realistically it actually takes ~10s to extract (including the ~7s extraction time + a bit of lag allowance). I told a friend he needed to leave the loot spot at 15s and he didn't listen. He missed extract by like half a second or so.
