This game is so well done, I mean ghost looking out for soap right at the very start of their betrayal. Their “the gangs all here moments”, and even new characters like Alejandro of course. Little callbacks here and there. Makarov. Also this whole new morality conflict between Price and Shepherd. Really good game.

Only shipping confirmed romances or soon to be confirmed romances. Call of Duty isn't really couple heavy. Bromance my ass. After "Gaz" getting a paint job and a "strong female" in a burkha all we were missing was this so called "bromance". The OG Modern Warfare had a John Price in his late 50's that reeked of experience and competence. A Gaz that was ready for anything from extensive training, not just plot necessity. A Ghost that said so little you didn't even notice he had a skull mask. And a Soap that looked like he was barely holding onto the memories of a different life before finding his place in the SAS. These guys were the real deal. We never learned if they drank or not, we never knew which sports they liked, we never even learned if they were in any relationship or not. But they stayed with us nevertheless. They were instruments for a job. This travelling circus on the other hand... Price is younger now, not just because Billy Murray is retired, but to resonate better with the 12-year olds to whom 38 is grandpa age. Gaz is not only a 17 year old kid, but BLACK. And the worst kind of black. The black just for the sake of "we need a black guy for the checklist". Honest to god, why did those clowns not just call him some other name. Or even Roach. All he was was a pair of sleeves and gloves that showed caucasian for a split second. Ressurect and repaint his no-character having ass if you need a black guy so bad. Or just make him white.... Yeah, just make a Gaz look like a Gaz, because i dont remember Cod4 winding up on the news for being racist. Ghost used to be cool just by being there, this Ghost is here actively trying to be cool. Soap is just....... not remotely badass now, nothing more than a gym rat, i used to hide behind him on Veteran, now i feel like i could kick his ass myself. These guys are vessels for a statement. All the men sound gruff to inspire you they're badass. Instead of competent voice actors we get a bunch of nobodies imitating batman. All the men are made better looking after needlessly copy-pasting their actors likeness, while all the women are made significantly uglier. Because in this world no man has a baldspot and no woman is a brainless pussycat doll candidate. It's all look at this 35 kilo woman beating up a trained killer in tip-top shape, look how you can play as a black dude now.... incase you were a black dude and you weren't buying our games because you wanted to play as a black dude. Look at what Price is saying, see if you can guess which level from 2007 we lifted EACH of his lines from. And this fucking "Bromance"............ Look!!!!!! two of the characters you grew up with are almost gay now..... That's what you wanted, right? Because you might be gay, and maybe you were giving up on our games because you couldn't play as a gay dude. Or if you're not that's cool. Even if you're a raging homophobe you can still enjoy our game because we never said anything. We didn't say shit. Our experts spent months ensuring we'd fall in the middle of not saying shit. Fuck this game, fuck this day and age and fuck your childhood guys.......... Mine was better.
