Today we do a deep dive on the arguably most important song in Taylor Swift's career.
While you could argue many songs "made" her career or sustained it over time, this is the main one.

@@davidmueller9342 from wikipedia: "Breathe" is a song by Taylor Swift featuring Colbie Caillat from Swift's second studio album, Fearless (2008). Swift wrote the song with Caillat and produced it with Nathan Chapman. ... Swift asked her management to collaborate with Caillat, and the two artists wrote "Breathe" when Caillat had a day off from a promotional radio tour in Nashville, Tennessee.[6] The two finished writing within 30 minutes in what Swift called a "back shed" behind her management company." so idk if you were saying "Breathe" wasn't an orginal but it was. if i miss understood whoops, it made me quesiton it and so i got curious and googled it lol. but yeah it's such a good song and both their voices go so well together =)

Great reaction. Loved all the details you pointed out! ❤❤ I love this song for all the reasons you mentioned. The behind the scenes with Taylor was so good, with her explaining each scene, she's so funny. I loved how she described the scene at the end, when they run to each other, and kiss, as the camera pans around them. It's exactly what she did in the "first kiss scene" as the Director of her short film for, All Too Well (10 minute Ver.) You have to react to it, and her behind the scenes too! Another video you will love to react to is, Wildest Dreams, as it has an amazing soundtrack, and incredible Cinematography so unbelievably beautiful. She may have a behind the scenes for that video too. ❤

One thing I wish I heard more people talk about with Love Story is how it uses an iambic rhythm. Not quite iambic pentameter like Shakespeare always used, but she sings it very similarly to how Shakespeare's plays were read out. Such a cool little detail! EDIT: For some background info, Shakespeare would use iambic pentameter, which would be vocally highlighting every other syllable like a "da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM da-DUM." Shakespeare used this in most of his most famous works, including Romeo & Juliet, to make the plays more sonically pleasing and memorable.
