its hard for me to justify fx30 shooting on a7r4 but i can confirm as your video does fx30 its totally fine for photography especially in good light . i do encounter banding problems (fx30 electronic shutter only)with artificial lights . great video and its cool to find on YT someone from my area. i live in shelton

Yea I recently found out it doesn’t work with external flash so that’s a down side.

Appreciate the dope video, I got rid of my A7III for my FX30 and while I love the videography upgrade I do find myself in spots wondering if the FX is still suitable for some stills for portraits and landscape…maybe even some street stuff. Good to know, cheers for putting out dope content for CT

Hello! Can you please confirm that it can shoot RAW photos in Lossless compressed or not? Because only Lossless and Uncompressed RAWs are 14bit while Lossy Compressed RAW is just 12bits. A6700 and ZV-E10ii does have the Lossless compressed RAW option in settings, don't know about FX30. Thanks.
