Actually there was no proof that Jimmy was a rat,everyone else we saw them talking to the feds. Although Darrow was charged with a crime and pleaded guilty to extortion for an incident that occurred in 2004, the charges were not brought until 2009 and official sentencing didn't occur until 2011. So the charges were 2 years after the show ended and sentencing was 4 years after the show ended. Finally, he was sentenced to 33 months of house arrest. So he was not in jail at the time of the show airing.
