The Nazi allusion is very ironic here. The actor who plays the Judge was the narrator of the Architecture of Doom, which is a major documentary on the Nazis.

I like the facial expression of Junior's lawyer when he still tried to help his client, but the judge did not buy this. Both actors did a great job here.

I don’t understand what was offensive to to Judge Greenspan by Junior’s response. I understand Greenspan is Jewish but Junior “served” in WW2 so when Greenspan asked him how he would feel about wearing an ankle bracelet and Junior responded by saying “It sounds like Nazi Germany to me “ Greenspan then says “Obviously you need a history lession”. But OBVIOUSLY JUNIOR didn’t mean it literally that they had Jewish people wearing ankle bracelets he meant it as being opressive in a way and being monitored confined (similar to being in a concentration camp) along with the fact that him basically wearing that labels him an automatic criminal - and parallels to Jews having to be required to wear a star of david so as to identifythem as being Jews at all time. Obviously thats what Junior meant he knows the history he served in WW2 (at least on paper) you would think that Greenspan would’ve shown respect to that fact and not taken what he said as to be literal (hes a judge after all) but realized that Junior meant it as in sharing certain similarities of being confined and requiring an ankle bracelet to be worn on him at all times labelling him treating him like an animal -ankle bracelet being undignifiying. So weird that Greenspan would respond by saying Junior needs a history lesson like ??! Was this Judge suppose to be an idiot? how do you even get offended here. Greenspan’s reaction and response didn’t make sense at all in this scene. Felt like bad writing for this episode. I still don’t understand his response and him being offended by Junior’s comment when Junior was trying to relate how his situation would share similarities with the Jewish People being confined to concentration camps having to wear identifiable markers on their chest to indicate they were jews. He was trying to relate to how its a mistreatments by oppression as Nazi’s initially did to the Jews. Im baffled does not make sense
