Meadow sneaks out to see a "Patrick" in the pilot, "The Sopranos" although this was never confirmed to be Patrick Parisi. Carmela and Tony's reservations about Patrick Parisi dating Meadow in season 6 could have been because he was this Patrick and his relationship with a younger Meadow might not have been ideal given she had to point out to her parents that he had now changed. Meadow was 16 in season one and Patrick Parisi would have been 18 or 19.
